In the mechanical processing and machinery industry, whether it is aluminum die-casting or CNC machining, deburring is an inevitable process regardless of the material. In recent years, as the quality requirements for aluminum products have increased, people have become more stringent on the burrs of aluminum die-castings parts and aluminium machined parts, and deburring methods are constantly being updated. Below I will give you a brief introduction to the current deburring methods, so that you can choose different deburring methods for different products.
This is a more traditional method in CNC machining plants and die-casting plants. They use files, sandpaper, belt sanders, grinding heads, etc. as auxiliary tools.
Disadvantages: The labor cost is more expensive, the efficiency is not very high, and it is difficult to remove complex cross-hole burrs.
Disadvantages: It requires a certain amount of punching die (rough die + fine punching die) production costs, and may also need to make a shaping die.
This type of deburring includes vibration, sandblasting, roller and other methods, which are currently used by aluminum alloy die-casting factories.
Applicable objects: Suitable for internal burrs that are difficult to be removed, suitable for small burrs (thickness less than 7 wires) on pump bodies, valve bodies and other products.
